Just to prove it isn’t just Dave Grohl who’s cool in the family Grohl’s mum Virginia Grohl is going to be releasing a book about raising a rock star and gets some help from other famous musicians mums as well. Titled ‘From Cradle to Stage: Stories from the mothers who Rocked and Raised Rock Stars’ Virginia Grohl talks about her own experiences along with the mums of musicians such as Mike D from Beastie Boys, Tom Morello from Rage and Audioslave and a special chat with Janis Winehouse mother of Amy Winehouse. From Cradle to Stage is due to be released on the 18th of April.
