It’s looking like heavy music festival Unify Gathering will be expanding their crowd capacity for 2019. According to the Great Southern Star Newspaper, Unify Gathering’s Rhett McLaren spoke at a South Gippsland Shire Council meeting in late April, stating he hopes to expand the capacity of the festival from 7,500 in 2018 to 12,500 in 2019. The reason for the increase is Unify Gathering moving to a new site within a couple of kilometres from their traditional home at Tarwin Lower. The organising team revealed earlier this year that planning for the 2019 festival was already underway at the conclusion of the 2018 festival that featured Parkway Drive and Architects on the bill. Bring on 2019 and a huge line up!
