Week One
Launch week saw myself heading up to Dedicated to Fitness and receiving my workout plan. Mark & Raewyn have set up quite a structured plan for myself to follow. Initially I will be doing cardio and also some minor floorwork to build up some fitness after a long period of inactivity. Machines I have been working on are the Rowing Machine, Cross-Trainer, and the Bike. We're holding off on the impact training with the treadmill until later down the track.
Mark has also set me a challenge of photographing everything that I eat apart from plain old water. I have to see it has been difficult to make sure I remember to do it but i'm getting better. Photos to follow. We'll get some Podcasts and web-exclusive content together soon.

Week Two
The second week is over and done with and it was much harder than the first one! It's always difficult to keep the momentum rolling for physical activity when it comes to me! Has continued to smash it out on the rowing machine, cross-trainer and the bikes. It's always a welcome relieve to be able to strech out at the end of a workout session (cos I get to lay on the floor and recover!)
Next week is the week where we will be stepping up the progress and going harder. That means twice the time on the machines that I have currently been doing.
During the week I visited during the middle of the day and Mark put me thru my paces. Video up soon for you to see.
Best news from this week is that I have now lost 8 kilos!

Week Three
Third week is over and done with and the fitness has improved. Cross-Training work has been less painful to push through. I have had Mark from D2F pushing me very hard on that particular machine. This fourth week we're going into is going to be an absolute killer...

Week Four
The fourth week has been a low week. I caught a cold which has rendered me pretty much useless. Was all ready to go for my weights training session with Tony on Tuesday night and was promptly sent home once I revealed I was sick. I mean, I felt ok...However Mark & Raewyn were very concerned that if I was sick...working out and doing weights would be detrimental to me getting better.
Tail between legs I reluctantly agreed....:( Next week back to normal after I get better. Bed rest, Season Nine of Family Guy and PS3 should make it all good. So far lost 10 kilos.
