More Bowie to add to the collection

Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia / 99.3 B-Rock FM

For fans of David Bowie and stamp collectors The British Royal Mail recently unveiled a set of 10 stamps dedicated to the icon. And to pay homage to Bowie’s 1976 film ‘The Man Who Fell to Earth’ The British Royal Mail sent 52 sets of the stamps into space via a series of helium balloons, which means eventually they will make their way back down to earth. There’s another reason as to why this stunt has been done and that is if people are able to correctly guess where the stamps will land, they will win limited edition first day covers. So if you want to win some stamps or first day covers, start looking to the skies.
