It appears we could be getting new material from Fall Out Boy by Thursday or Friday this week. FOB have been doing a bit of teasing, which seems to be the flavour of the year, with the band unveiling teaser trailers in cinemas in their hometown of Chicago over the weekend.
Bassist Pete Wentz then tweeted that whatever they are unveiling will be revealed a day earlier because that will be lead singer Patrick Stump’s birthday. The only clue they are revealing so far is that the new single or album has something to do with the colour purple, if the tweets from Wentz and a gif from the bands Facebook page is anything to go by. The band announced in August at their final live performance the next time they’re playing live they will have new material for fans. Watch this space!
