Are Guns N’ Roses working on new material? It seems that could be a possibility when recently a photo of Slash sitting in a studio playing his Les Paul surfaced on Twitter. But he could be working on new material for Slash feat Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. Well, no. Because Myles Kennedy is busy with Alter Bridge at the moment so it doesn’t look like they are working on new material. Plus the Gunners haven’t exactly been shy in promoting that after the Not in this Lifetime tour wraps that the party will continue, case in point, the tweet from the band after finishing their Australian leg of the tour stating that they will be back. But its not just Slash adding fuel to the new album fire with Axl Rose stating in an interview last year that he has been writing new material for a Gunners album. Other sources have said that while the band were on tour they were writing in the downtime between shows. So could it be? Guns N’ Roses recording a new album at some point in the future? Well it is all hearsay at the moment but there are signs pointing to the affirmative. Let’s just hope we don’t have to wait as long for it as the wait for Chinese Democracy!
