Bleeding Cool reports Chris Hemsworth’s prop hammer from the original Marvel Cinematic Universe Thor (2011) film will go up for auction next month, but it won’t be the only piece of movie memorabilia finding a new home. It’ll be sold off alongside Jack Nicholson’s Joker costume from Tim Burton’s Batman (1989), Star-Lord’s Hero Helmet from Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), Superman’s Flying Tunic from Superman IV: The Quest for Peace (1987), Magneto’s Helmet and Tunic from X-Men (2000) and more.

Thor’s hammer will be auctioned off at the BFI IMAX theatre next month and is expected to sell for around $25,000 to $40,000 USD.

The auction will be live-streamed online for fans to keep an eye on the bidding action and a free preview exhibition will be open to the public in the lead up to the auction which will showcase over 250 props.
