Time to strap up the vans, and dig around for your wallet chain because Avril Lavigne has revealed that she has a new album in the works that she’s hoping will be finished and released by the end of the year. This will be her first album since 2013’s self titled. In an interview with E-News Avril said that the new album has been three years in the making and that it’s a ‘really powerful record’. We’re hoping it’s more like her earlier albums which were more pop punk and that she’s outgrown her J-Pop phase but we won’t be waiting long to find out.
