Download 2020 drops line up

Bathurst, New South Wales, Australia / 99.3 B-Rock FM

It’s here and its huge. The 2020 line up for Download Festival Australia has dropped and unsurprisingly there’s a stack of must see bands on the bill. The headliners are the reformed My Chemical Romance, who announced just last week that they’re getting back together with a one off show in LA, which is now sold out. But who cares about that! They’re coming back to Australia to headline Download!

Also on the bill are: Deftones who will be releasing their 9th studio album next year, Jimmy Eat World, Maryland rockers Clutch, Chicago outfit Ministry, Swedish Metal lads In Flames, Scottish Pirate rockers Alestorm, Mongolian metal band The Hu and Italian’s Lacuna Coil along with: Baroness, New Years Day, Testament, Carcass, Venom Prison and Skynd.

The Aussie contingent is well represented with Hands Like Houses, In Hearts Wake, Ne Obliviscaris, Bodyjar, Clowns, Thornhill, Stand Atlantic, Plini, Redhook and Dregg all on the bill. Plus there’s more acts to be announced!

It’s all happening on the 20th of March at the Melbourne Showgrounds and 21st of March at Parramatta Park in Sydney. Tickets go on sale, for all the details checkout downloadfestival.com.au
