The organisers behind Tasmanian Festival Party in the Paddock have announced that the 2020 edition of the festival will be the final event. In a statement the Vibestown Production team say that ‘This was one of the hardest decisions of their lives’ and that ‘All things no matter how special must at some point come to an end’.
Essentially the festival has reached its peak and rather let it wither and falter they want the festival to end of a high. What started as a 21st birthday party for founder Jesse Higgins for about 500 people morphed into an annual event full of Aussie and international talent and the 2020 event has the crème de la crème of talent, with Matt Corby, Hermitude, Dune Rats, Sneaky Sound System, Mallrat, Confidence Man, Dear Seattle and many more on the bill.
